We recently received some intriguing screenshots of a hi-res model of a hen… stuffed hen to be precise. Our partner from Finland, 3D-CADSolutions, shared a project he did for an artist, who wanted a printed hen model for a mold. Interestingly, the model wasn’t retouched at all before being printed. It went straight from Calibry Nest to a 3D printer as is. The feathers, traditionally difficult to digitize, were captured by Calibry quite well.
